Literacy Innovation Grants

Literacy Volunteers & Teachers:Do you have an idea for improving literacy at your school? Need some money to make it happen?The San Francisco Education Fund is excited to present a new funding opportunity to each of our partner Elementary Schools (Carver, Drew, El Dorado and J Serra), with the launch of our Literacy Innovation Grants (https://sfedfund.org/programs/literacy_grants.php).Literacy Innovation Grants are small awards ($250 - $5000 per school) designed to help educators bring a new project, initiative or resource to life that will advance literacy outcomes in their classroom or school site.We invite teachers, principals, Literacy Specialists, librarians, afterschool providers as well as Literacy Volunteers to apply - individually or as a team - for funding. Literacy Volunteers should apply jointly with their supervising teacher or another school staff person.Applications are due Friday, December 6th.
