Back-to-School Setup Day: August 16, 2024

Did you know SFUSD educators have only one paid day to prepare their classrooms for the school year? Our teachers work tirelessly to create a positive and engaging learning environment, but they can’t do it alone. Community support is crucial in helping them succeed.

A three-hour volunteer shift can make a tremendous difference in preparing classrooms for the school year!

Please consider volunteering with the Ed Fund for our annual Back-to-School Setup (BTSS) on Friday, August 16!

Your help with tasks like setting up bulletin boards, hanging posters, rearranging furniture, organizing textbooks or classroom libraries, painting, and general classroom cleaning ensures that our educators can focus on what they do best – teaching.

By volunteering, you directly impact the quality of education our students receive. Join us in supporting our teachers and making a positive difference in our community.
