We are proud to share that we have completed the 2022 Maisin Scholar Award application and selection process. We received 278 completed applications, interviewed 150 finalists, and now we are thrilled to announce that 79 new Maisin scholars have been selected for the program’s 2022 Cohort.
Thank you to all of the students who applied and interviewed—we met many incredible candidates. Thank you to the 100 volunteers who shared their time and expertise as readers and interviewers. While identifying the final recipients was a big challenge with so many inspiring applications, volunteer participation helped ensure an inclusive, thorough selection process.
